<p>A hundred years ago, we didn&#8217;t worry about pollution, pesticides in our food, or environmental contaminants. However, people were vulnerable to serious diseases, which, fortunately, modern medicine has since eliminated. Polio, diphtheria, malaria and tuberculosis are no longer a concern in modern American society. These ailments have now been replaced with more subtle threats, ones with effects which might not be detected for decades into the future. Accumulations of pesticides, hormones, antibiotics and food additives are unknown quantities, but it only makes sense that these substances are unhealthy. Cleansing your body, from the inside out is a good idea, flushing these potential toxins from your system.<br />

While the daily shower refreshes you, all you accomplish is removing dead skin cells and, hopefully, a fresh and sweet smell. However, your insides remain the same. Here&#8217;s how to do a thorough, cleansing your body ritual, that will pay dividends far into the future. You might think of this as a spring cleaning for the inside of your body.</p>
<p>The first step in cleansing your body entails a one day juice and water fast, also known as a cleansing fast. Do not eat anything that day, but drink plenty of water throughout the day. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, drink a glass of juice. Additional juice can be taken if you feel your energy flagging. This program allows your stomach to clean out, and sparks your digestive system to process and eliminate toxins. You&#8217;re on your way! Always check with your doctor before you embark on a fast of any length.</p>
<p>Your second step in cleansing your body requires a trip to the health food store. There are a number of herbs which have remarkable cleansing effects on your organs, bloodstream and tissues.  You can buy them in bottles of capsules, ready made, or buy the herbs in bulk, along with a bag of capsules to make them up yourself. When you make them yourself, it&#8217;s very inexpensive. If you buy in bulk, buy each herb in powdered form. Here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll need:</p>
<p>1.1 ounce of dandelion root: cleansing the liver is this root&#8217;s reason to be! Many toxins can accumulate in the liver and dandelion root accelerates the process, helping your liver to thoroughly flush out any toxins. Taking two capsules, 3 times each day until the ounce is gone will have you feeling like a million dollars.</p>
<p>2.1 ounce of cranberry: this little berry is antiseptic to the kidneys and tones the tissues. Take 1 capsule, 3 times daily to get your kidneys in top form.</p>
<p>3.1 ounce of burdock root: this herb is essential when cleansing your body from the inside out. Burdock root flushes toxins from your bloodstream. Take 2 capsules, 3 times a day.</p>
<p>4.1 ounce of scotch broom: as the name implies, this herb acts like a broom to your digestive system, sweeping it clean of accumulated toxins. Two capsules, 3 times a day.</p>
<p>5.1 ounce of elecampane root: this herb is a little miracle worker for the respiratory system, cleaning out every little nook and cranny of the entire respiratory system. It&#8217;s also a natural antibiotic. If you have a cold or cough, it&#8217;ll be gone after this round of cleansing your body. 2-3 capsules, 3-4 times daily, depending on your condition.</p>
<p>6.1 ounce of echinacea root: although this is not strictly a cleansing herb, it is an important component of the cleansing your body ritual. This herb boosts your immune system response, which helps you fight off any bacteria or virus that comes your way. Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily.</p>
<p>During this period, eat right! Lean meats and plenty of those fruits and veggies.</p>

You look and feel good, though you may have some issues with your weight and your body image. However, once you get into your thirties, and near your forties, you start to see things that you don’t like. Though men seem to age well, and look better as they go into these ages, women tend to feel that they are falling apart. There are certain female body parts on which they focus, and some things they do to stay and feel younger.</p>
<p>Probably the most focused on female body part is the face. The skin is something that is thinner on the face, and that means aging can show up there first. Fine lines and wrinkles are not a big deal right away, but when you combine them with a 35th or 40th birthday, they can suddenly become a big deal. There are many products out there that help with this toughest of the female body parts, but tender loving care is the best medicine. Learn tips and tricks, and find lotions that are proven to work before you spend a fortune on worthless sales tactics. Don’t forget to include the neck.<br />

Other female body parts that start to show age are the breasts and the buttocks. These often sag and the skin thins out. They are not miracle cures, but they can make a huge difference.</p>
<p>Beyond that age, the female body parts can do all sorts of sad things. The problem with that is that we are taught that these are bad and that we are no longer attractive. Women need to learn to love themselves, and they need to know they are not going to look 20 forever, and that is a good thing. The changes in their female body parts can be seen as badges of honor, and reminders of a life lived very well. We may always yearn to have our twenty year old body back, but that may not be the answer we need. Learning to be comfortable in our own skin, no matter what age, is the best aging defense in the world.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Many people who run into the symptoms of chronic illness as their lives progress make the mistake of assuming that it is all a matter of growing older. They may feel tired and lethargic, achy and sore all the time, mentally cloudy, and generally depressed. Some people just think that this is as good as it gets and that they are destined to feel mediocre for the rest of their lives. I was in that situation myself a few months ago, but I was not willing to completely give up hope. I was looking for any answer I could find, and willing to try anything.<br />

I had a friend who recently undergone a complete body cleanse. She was a bit of a new age person, and was pretty willing to try a lot of treatments that struck me as a bit hokey. Nonetheless, she swore by the complete body cleanse. She said that, since she&#8217;d done it, her energy had been better, her mood had been better, and she had even felt more intelligent and sharper. I knew that it was kind of a difficult procedure, involving lots of formulas you have to take and colon cleansing. However, I figured that I would give it a shot. At the very worst, it would be merely annoying. At the best, it might just get rid of some of my problems.</p>
<p>The complete body cleanse program that I chose started out easily enough with a juice only fast. It was a five-day fast which was hard, but not beyond anything I had done before. Supposedly, the juice would help you keep up your energy while the amount of water you were drinking would cleanse your body of toxins. It was pretty hard at first because I was working very long hours when I first started the complete body cleanse. Nonetheless, I figured that it would be worth it. The first few days were tough, but soon I was feeling better. I even started feeling a little bit giddy and high. I don&#8217;t know if it was lack of nutrients or the effect of cleansing my system, but whatever it was something was happening.</p>
<p>The second phase of the complete body cleanse was a bit more invasive. I started the bowel cleanse, and did not enjoy it anymore than you would expect. I think I&#8217;ll leave that part out of my story. Suffice it to say, it takes a while and it hurts. Leave a few days for colon cleansing when you don&#8217;t have to work. The rest of the complete body cleanse can be done at work, but this phase should be in the privacy of your own home. Did it work? It&#8217;s only been a little while, but already my energy is better. I&#8217;m not sure if it completely lived up to its promise, but my aches and pains Are much less severe and my energy is better. Time will tell.</p>

Though you can work on toning certain body parts, you can do some spot work that can help. The thing about toning the body is that you can not always fix everything. However, you can improve on what you have, and you can make the most of what mother nature has given you. You can look better with spot work, but that is not the entire story when it comes to slimming down to a healthy body weight and image.</p>
<p>The first thing that you should know about toning body parts is that there is no quick fix. If you are trying to get rid of your belly, you can’t just work on your abdominals and have it all go away. It does not work that way. You may tone up your stomach all you want, but no one, including you, is going to see it until you have dieted away the fat. The exercises can help burn fat, but it will be an all over the body burn rather than just in that one spot. That is a huge misconception that leaves many feeling defeated when they try to tone just one spot.<br />

When you have slimmed down, or if you are in the process of doing it, you can then think about the different body parts that you want to work on. For the most part, people worry about the stomach and butt the most, but also work on the upper arms. When weight is lost, the muscles can be in bad shape. You will look and feel better if you tone them up. You may find that working on each of your body parts as you diet means you look phenomenal once the excess fat is gone. You won’t have to do one at a time, but rather, get the results all in one fell swoop.</p>
<p>No matter what part of the body you are working on, don’t give up. Even when you think that some body parts are beyond help at your age, you can be very wrong. Keep up your healthy diet and exercise program, and work on some weights to get those areas that you feel are troublesome under some type of control. You may not look like a model when you are done, but you can look the very best that you can be, and that is what you should aim for.</p>

It is because they think that they are already physically fit and tend to ignore practicing.</p>
<p>You are lucky if you pass the first phase. But it is not the end of the fitness examination as the second phase begins. Within two minutes, you should be able to perform a minimum of 42 push ups. It is better if you exceed the given quota but it is advisable to reserve your energy. For another two minutes, you should perform 50 sit-ups. Next is performing a minimum of 6 pull-ups, no time limits but you should go back in the starting position in each repetition. Every exercise has a two minute rest period. So, this ends the second phase of your fitness examination.</p>
<p>Here comes the third phase. You are required to run wearing boots and camouflage pants. You need to complete a 1 ½ mile run within 11 minutes and 30 seconds. Most Navy Seal examiners have failed in this fitness examination. But you can pass if you are determined enough. Never make any mistakes such as eating a certain food before the exam begins. You will just end up in a mess along the field or track. Still, your success depends on your courage and determination to finish the fitness examination of the Navy Seal.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that the Navy Seal is not appropriate for the faint hearted. There is a great need for training to prepare oneself on the day of the exam. Only few people have passed the Navy Seal fitness examination without proper training. Make sure that the exercises in each phase are practiced rigorously to achieve success.</p>

He is constantly featured at the Arnold Expo and many people want to emulate his body as well as his workout regimen.</p>
<p>Most people get into body building to sculpt a beautiful body. John Cena is no different. He wanted a great body, but he also wanted to be super strong.
